Our change over to the new servers has gone very well so far, I hope you have all changed your bookmarks where needed and are carrying on as before.

This morning though I was reminded of one possible wrinkle. You probably haven’t had to type your provider code in quite a while! Previously, when logging back into the system, it wouldremember it. However going over to the new server, the field will be blank the first time you log in.

Please make sure that all your staff are aware of this and know what your provider code is.
