Today I drove up to Latham, NY (on the northern edge of Albany) to talk to the Capitol Region of NYSACRA.  It was an interesting meeting as I was preceded by a presentation about educational opportunities to help in the promotions and retention of Direct Support Professionals and a presentation on disaster preparedness.

Both of these made me think how far Therap has come since I first signed up as a customer for just incident reporting with basically no customer support (certainly no user guide, provider administration, FisrtPage, Live Chat, etc).  Now here we are, holding conferences for DSPs, helping secure all sorts of data in case of emergencies and disasters and more applications than you can easily talk about in one presentation!
