While ar the INARF conference, I spent a fascinating afternoon with Matt and Pete from Cardinal Service Management.  Cardinal are old hats at Therap and have been heavy users for many years.

On a Therap front, Pete showed me how they are now collecting their behavioral data using ISP Data.  The way that they have it set up is actually very cool and allows for some very flexible data collection along with some interesting reports coming out of The ISP Reports section.  Pete is going to be sharing his method’s through Allison’s Behavioral Advisory Group and on the forum, so keep an eye out.

Last time I was in Indiana there seemed to be a fierce debate between Matt and Pete on the topic of Windows v Linux.  Matt was an Ubuntu advocate and Pete a real skeptic.   Oh how times change!  Pete is now Mr. Open Source and showing off his Ubuntu laptop to anyone who passes by!
