Heart of Midlothian 4 – Rangers 2
Hearts came into this game still basically in turmoil, despite a decent result last time out against Motherwell. After this though, I don’t think there will be too many people complaining about team spirit or a lack of commitment.
Hearts were up for this one from the start. Watching live on Hearts World (tremendous service by the way – Internet TV is a beautiful thing!) they ran at Rangers in a way I haven’t seen a Hearts team do since the heady days of George and Rudy.
Not only that, but when Rangers had a couple of attempts to get back into things, it just didn’t last. Great goals, great pressure, great result.
I’ll expect some sober analysis from Scott shortly!
For now, time to sing
After all, this being Hearts, we’ll probably be horrible in Inverness next week!

Sober? Moi?
Na Na Na Na-Na Na-Na Jam Tarts
I went into this game with so much fear.
It is the joy of bring a Hearts fan, you never know what to expect when you turn up. Had the voice of a Lord of the Ring’s orc by the end.
It has been a great week for sporting joy.
Apart from the Mets of course – like I know what I am talking about. :-)
I only know of one cure for Orc-throat!
Generally sold by the pint.
Funnily enough, on Friday Calum and I were watching the highlights of the 4-2 cup win capped by big Dave’s mazy run.
Never thought there would be a repeat.
