While many of you rely on Therap for your daily documentation needs, we rely on you to help us address issues in the system and make it better.
From time to time as we expand the applications that we offer and increase the number of providers that we work with, we run into obstacles that we need to overcome.Â These can take the shape of performance issues where the system slows down in places or aspects of the system that don’t work quite they way you want them too.
Whenever we run into a situation such as this we work as hard as we possibly can to rectify it.Â While we are working, you can help by letting us know anytime you come across somewhere where the system isn’t working just the way that you think it should be.Â The best way to let us know is by clicking the < > link at the bottom of of any application page and tell us what is going on.Â This will help us to provide you with the best possible answers.
Sometimes it is difficult to tell when a problem is because of a local issue such as a problem on your computer or with your internet service provider.Â In this case we may ask you a few additional question to help us with our diagnosis.
