With apologies to my friends in Arizona (and I hope that the Bishop isn’t too much of a Diamondbacks fan), but isn’t it great what the Mets are up to. They’ve won something like 7 of their last 9 and what makes it all better is that it’s all being led by the youngsters Reyes, Wright, and now (oh no, another T-shirt for Calum) Mike Jacobs (can’t beat 4 home runs in your first four major league games).

Again, much like my beloved Hearts, let’s hope it lasts!
