Web…SComm…Email…Phone…Feedback… Let me count the ways!

Getting in touch with Therap Customer Support has never been easier. There are however reasons for using each of them:

From the Therap Website
Go to www.TherapServices.net and click on the “Contact Us” link at the top of the page and fill out the form.
On of the main reasons for doing this is that these days if you actually display an email link on a website it will end up being identified by spammers and your email box will be full of junk. Therap, of course, will not share any of your email information with anyone.

Given the reasons above, I don’t post my email address here, but if you send an email that starts with Justin and ends with @TherapServices.net, it will get to me.

Secure Communications (SComm):
Use SComm if you need to include and Protected Health Information (PHI) in your message to Customer Support or if you would like to receive your response via SComm rather than email.
To contact Customer Support via SComm, just open up a new SComm message and choose Type “Therap Customer Support”.

If your question or comments have to do with a particular part of the system, this is the best and easiest way to tell us something. When you click feedback it opens up a simple form, complete this and send it back to us. Your message will arrive with some more information about where you were in the system which may help us to help you. This is a great way for you to give us suggestions about enhancements to the system.
