Yesterday was quite an “interesting” one here at Therap.

While we never like it when anything goes awry, if you knew what was going on behind the scenes to fix the issues, I think you might be as impressed as I was!

For starters, just diagnosing the problem is not simple, then fixing it takes many people and a great team.

This is a major reason why we believe that providers should be subscribing to a service like ours rather than trying to do this stuff themselves.  We have the expertise and the resources to put a whole lot of effort into making sure your system keeps working.  All systems will have problems, the question is, what are you going to do when they arise.

So, today, special thanks go out from me to our database, programming, testing, operations, and support teams for pulling together, drinking a lot of coffee and getting it done!
