Today, and specifically around 5:30pm eastern this afternoon, we were having some problems with access to the system.  The issues were specifically to do with access, not the actual application itself.

We know how frustrating this is for you and we are not satisfied unless we are providing you with the level and consistency of service that you deserve.

This particular problem is as we are transitioning to a newer, more reliable, environment for our servers, which we are sure in the longer run will be a very good thing.

In the mean time we believe we have corrected the problem, but don’t hesitate to let us know if you experience and problems.

Always, your satisfaction and the quality of supports that you can provide are top of our agenda.
