My browsing this weekend has been done in a beta release of Internet Explorer 7.
So far … I really like it!
There are two major improvements in the user interface that I like. Click on the picture to see a bigger version.
Firstly, The buttons have been made nice and small and moved out of the way to maximize the space in the actual browser window and still leave plenty room for toolbars.
Also, in response to FireFox (my browser of choice and the one that works best with Therap, they have introduced tabbed browsing (you can see I have three tabs open in the screenshot). I really like tabbed browsing in FireFox, and the way that they have implemented it in IE7 is really rather cool. Very easy to open and close tabs.
So far so good! Something groovy from Microsoft, fancy that!
