Geeking out in Maryland

This morning, Ken, Richard, and I were presenting in Baltimore, however, before that I had to make a quick stop at the Verizon store in Bel Air… at 6:30 in the morning.

The reason for standing out in the cold before the store even opened?

Therap on an iPod Touch

Therap on an iPod Touch.

I have resisted getting myself an iPhone, partially because I like being on Verizon, and partly because I am holding out for a Palm Pre.  However after a number of discussions about using Therap on mobile devices I picked up an iPod Touch to do some testing.  An iPod Touch is basically an iPhone without the phone and camera (it picks up the internet over .  I tried to convince my kids that I had to get it to conduct some serious Therap research, but I am not sure that they believe me!

It's good to be mobile

Justin in Arizona.

Early on Friday I did a presentation outside Philadelphia with Ken.  That went really well and I started home.  On the way back up the New Jersey Turnpike it seemed to work out that I was stopping at every other service station for either a phone call or a webinar.

It never ceases to impress me that by using my Verizon Wireless EVDO I can not only use Therap from just about anywhere, I can show other people how to use it via GoTo Meeting.  Being in the Walt Whitman Service Area just doesn’t make as good a photo op as the picture in my title bar!
