Individual Based Caseloads :: Choose your program!

As you hopefully know by now, we are in the progress of transitioning to Individual Based Caseloads.  If you haven’t watched the Webinar and answered the survey at: https://www.therapservices.net/individual-based-caseloads/ you should go there right now and do so.

On of the concerns that people have had about this switch (in fact, it is a concern about the ToDo List right now) is that there are just too many counts from places you might not be concerned about today.

To fix this, in our next major release we are going to be adding a very cool new feature “Choose Program”

Choose Program - Dashboard

Have you answered the Individual Based Caseload questionnaire yet?

As we prepare for the very significant transition over to individual based caseloads, we want to be sure that we know whether or not you are current using program based caseloads to provider your agency with a place to keep notes (as T-Logs or ISP data) that can only be accessed by a select group of staff.

For example, you might have a program called Nursing and enroll all your individuals in there.  You would then write T-Logs, or ISP Programs within that program so that other users cannot read them.  This obviously would only work as log as you do not assign any users individual based caseloads, as they would automatically have access.

Reading through the paragraph above, and trying to […]

Using Therap Beta

When we are getting a new  release ready, we like to get it out there for testing and training by our staff and customers.  In order to do this, we have a Beta site.

Therap Beta is available at https://beta.therapservices.net

Therap Beta runs in our secure environment, but on a different set of servers from our production environment.  We take a copy of most of our database (we tend to leave out things like archives and attachments) and put it the Beta environment for you to work with.  This means that the data you see there will be data that you are used to, but you can test things out without having an impact on your real data.

You […]

Coming Soon :: GER Resolution

Therap’s General Event Reports have always been a great tool for managing the incident reporting process.  The one piece of the whole incident management process that was missing was keeping track of the final outcome of the incident and investigation process.

In our next major release we will be addressing this with a feature called “GER Resolution”.  This is a form that is linked to the GER but controlled by separate permissions so that people who see the GER do not necessarily see the Resolution.

It is also available to work in both oversight and regular accounts.  Oversight accounts will be able to link to GERs from linked providers (who could also create their own).  Users at the linked provider level will […]

And we’re back…

You may have noticed that there hasn’t been an awful lot of blogging going on recently here in Therapville.  In fact, there hasn’t been any.

As part of the move over to our groovy new website (be sure to tell us what you like and what you don’t!) we needed to move the blogs over which took a little more work.

We are almost there and you should see the new line up springing into action very soon.

There are a few new bells and whistles for me to play with, so look for some experimenting over the coming weeks.

There’s a lot to share with you, look for things like:

  • Individual Based Caseloads (click here!)
  • A look back at our National Conference
  • GER Resolution
  • 2015.0 Beta
  • More […]
