Staff Ratio Tracking :: New in Therap 2016.0

This is one of those modules that you are either going to think is the greatest thing since T-Logs or you are going to wonder what the point is.  Which camp you fall into will most likely depend completely on which state you work in.  Folks in places like Maine, Ohio, and Indiana should really like this.

The basic goal is to allow you to easily record in real time what the ratios of staff to individuals are in a given program on any day.

This is an agency wide module, so it is not filtered by caseload (hence it showing on the agency tab).

Locking and Deactivating Users in Therap 2016.0

We are making a slight change to the way that you temporarily keep users out of the system in our upcoming release.  Don’t forget that you can try out Therap 2016.0 at https://beta.TherapServices.net

There are two user statuses that do not allow them to log in, Locked and Inactive. (actually Pending doesn’t either but that doesn’t really count in this conversation!

Locked has been what happened when you entered an incorrect password too many times or did not change your password within the required time.  This will still be the case, but we are now offering the opportunity to set a user’s status to Locked.  This is what you would do if you wanted to temporarily stop them logging in, perhaps […]

Have you tried the new Individual Home on your phone?

The new individual home which you can find by logging into our Beta release of Therap 2016.0 at https://beta.TherapServices.net is the first module showing our new User Interface (UI) which we will be gradually rolling out across the whole application.

Therap 2016.0 Mobile Login

The UI is designed to be “responsive”.  This means that it will configure itself to whatever size screen you are working on, even your phone!

If you remember what Individual Home looks like on your regular screen, it is something like this:

On your phone though it looks like this:

Therap for iOS :: Coming in Therap 2016.0

There are many questions that I get asked repeatedly, pretty high on the list is “When are we getting an iOS App”.  Well, the answer is now “With Therap 2016.0”.  While it won’t be as fully featured as the Android one yet, what we have done is establish an iOS team to work specifically on this.  What you will see first is the foundation which the other modules will be added to over the course of 2016.

Therap for iOS Login

Starting with the new login screen, you’ll notice it is very similar to the Android App.  It does use exactly the same data, but there are places where the look and feel […]

Coming soon in Therap 2016.0 :: Therap for Android updates

Along with our new web application, we will also be releasing a new mobile application (or two).

Let’s start with Therap for Android:

We’ve tidied up the login page a bit:

Therap Android Login

And look! There’s something new on the Dashboard, let’s take a look at T-Logs for Android:

Therap Android Dashboard

Tapping on the T-Log link will bring you to a list of unread T-Logs.  You can look at them all or filter by Notification Level.

Coming Soon in 2016.0 :: New Individual Home

I had hoped to get to some posts about our next release right after our National Conference, but was unfortunately smitten by some dreaded lurgy.  So, now I am (more or less) back on my feet, let’s get started.

The first thing that you will notice when you go to https://beta.TherapServices.net is our new Login Page.  This now gives us an opportunity to give you information without forcing you to click through too many splash pages.

You can click on the screenshots to see them full size.

New Login Page

Once you log in (remembering that this is beta and not production) you should start by heading over to Individual Home.  You’ll see that it […]

Looking back on another amazing Therap National Conference

As I am making my way home from the Pacific north-west, it’s quite remarkable to look back and reflect on the progress we’ve made over the years and the exciting things that we talked about this week.

Firstly I want to thank everyone who made the conference such a resounding success, especially my amazing colleagues and our customers who traveled from all over the country to join in some great discussions.

There were a number of  new things that we touched on, showed off, or talked about at the conference that I will get into in much more detail over the coming weeks as we get closer to our 2016.0 release:

Pharmacy Interface

While this won’t be in the 2016.0 release, it should be […]
