Therap’s new T-log application is an quick and easy way to record information either about a specific person you support or about a program in general (to make a T-Log program specific, just don’t select an individual name). Logs can also be shared across programs that support the same person, or if they are not person-specific across a whole agency.

A user who has the T-Log view role will see counts on their first page for all the T-log entries that they have not read yet.

If you have nay questions about T-logs or any other Therap applications, sign up for a Training Class or give me a call.

P.S. What DOES the “T” stand for?
