Finally getting back to TMS!
Once you have defined all your modules, you now need to group them together as they are assigned to staff.
This is done in two levels: Training Roles are lists of modules, Training Super Roles are groups of multiple Training Roles.
This allows you to define exactly what the training requirements are for any particular group of staff.
Once you have defined Training Super Roles for each distinct group of staff, you then assign that Training Super to the appropriate staff so that system knows what training they need.
Don’t forget that you will need to add a hire date to each employee’s User Profile to let the system calculate when training is due.
