Not sure what the answer is to either one, I am just glad that I finnally got out to visit Cardinal Service Management who have been great users for a long time now, all based on online training, email, and phone calls.Â Despite never having been there before, I felt very welcome and quite at home.
We had a great session looking at the system and talking about what’s going to be available in 7.0 beyond, followed by heading into Indianapolis for Wednesdays Indiana DDNA Conference.
