Jan Pfannenstiel & Kathy Reed are both Therap Program Administrators, at OCCK, Inc., in Kansas

This user panel session will discuss needs relative to pushing Therap beyond the great tool it is for direct services staff to making it an indispensable tool for other aspects of your agency.

How much time are you spending to get to a mailing list for your customers, families, case managers, etc. Do you need to pull information from the custom fields in Therap? Would you like to have information for active customers only? Therap is a great documentation and communication package. Agencies should be able to use Therap to meet other needs related to family communication and reporting without spending large amounts of time on these tasks. This user panel session will discuss needs relative to pushing Therap beyond the great tool it is for direct service staff to making it an indispensable tool for other aspects of your agency.
