The Letter Module has been designed for users to communicate with the contacts of an individual and other staff members in an agency in a secure and HIPAA compliant way. This is a simple but useful tool to meet the communication needs of an agency.

Apart from writing new letters, this module allows users to choose existing Letter Templates from the Template list, saving their time and efforts. With proper privileges, users can also contribute to the Template List by publishing their own Letter Templates making the list more enriched.
