Business Development Consultant
Kerri has been working in the I-DD field for over 20 years. She started her career in Charlotte, NC as a social worker working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. In 1998 she began working for a non-profit organization in the Charlotte region who serves children and adults both residentially and vocationally. She served as the ICF/IID Director and then as the Chief Program Officer overseeing the day to day operations of the residential, vocational and day programs for over 100 individuals.
Kerri has been a Therap user since 2009 and assisted in leading the implementation process at her previous organization.
Kerri received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Western Carolina University in 1993. She also received a certificate in non-profit management from Duke University and is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum.
