Therap conference

We are very happy to announce the Tennessee State Therap Conference for 2021. This year’s event will be an online conference, hosted by Therap. Join us to learn about how Therap is being used as the new system of record for all I/DD services by the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) in the State of Tennessee.

You can attend this event from the comfort and safety of your home office, current work space or from anywhere. Similar to our annual, in-person conferences, this will be your opportunity to get introduced and trained on the recent developments of Therap.

As Tennessee continues to move to a single, seamless person-centered system, Therap will streamline processes, expedite service authorizations and claims, and provide the benefit of access to data-driven outcomes that will, ultimately, benefit people supported and providers.

The project will launch in phases with implementation projected for July 1, 2022.
Access to Therap will be provided at no cost to Tennessee Providers.

  • Use the login URL, username and password on the day of the event to log in.
  • You can also find the login URL on our Conferences/Events page on the day of the conference.

  • To join a session, simply click on a door number from the Main Hall.
  • Or, you can click on the “View Schedule” banner to go to the session schedule and enter your desired session by clicking on the session name.

Based on internal testing, we recommend the Google Chrome browser for an uninterrupted experience at the conference.

You can view the sessions from the conference schedule. Before the conference, you can view/download the schedule from the conference webpage. The schedule will be available at the Therap conference Center during the conference as well.
