As I promised there is more exciting presentations coming to the Cortland Conference. The next featured presentation is from ARC of Onondaga. For years we have focused on Quality of Life for people we support. This philosophical concern has evolved into an array of quality management activities for timely reporting of incidents that leads to the science of prevention of incidents. Along with our personal concern for life are also the requirements for reporting to the public any issues we uncover and how we address these. Ensuring someone’s safety is the foundation toward a quality of life.

You will have a chance to hear from the perspective of a Quality Assurance professional and Ellen will be presenting on New York Specific Guidelines for GER, 147 compliance, and IRMA. I’ll set up extra chairs for this presentation.
