Access Pass to State and Federal Parks

The Access Pass permits residents of New York State with certain permanent disabilities, as defined in the application, free or reduced cost admission to state parks, historic sites, and recreational facilities operated by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Many people with disabilities live on fixed incomes and yet these lands are for everyone, not just for those who can afford to drive and pay the permit. You can get this pass from this site.
