Changes in Service Documentation for Supervised IRA’s and CR’s Effective July 1, 2014

 

Administrative Memorandum (ADM) #2014-01, dated May 2, 2014, with an effective date of July 1,

2014, has been issued by OPWDD. This ADM, entitled “Service Documentation for Daily Residential

Habilitation Services Provided in Supervised Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRAs) and

Community Residences (CRs)” is designed to clarify the service documentation requirements and

billing standards for residential habilitation delivered on and after July 1, 2014 to residents of

Supervised Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRAs) and Supervised Community Residences

(CRs). Effective July 1, 2014, the billing standards for these services will change from a monthly unit to

a daily unit of service. Please note that all ISPs must be updated by 8/31/2014 reflecting this change.
