Therap’s system is robust, I/DD providers receive many options that go beyond simply providing a software solution. Therap takes it a step further by offering expertise plus a very flexible out-of-the-box-ready documentation system that is delivered with State-specific requirements.

Therap already provides its documentation software to over 90 agencies in New York. Therap stands ready to assist agencies in safely sharing of data with any CCO once this new environment is defined. Therap is currently meeting with many of the potential CCO organizations across the state in consideration of the data.

Meet the presenters:

Karen Niedermeier who is a Business Development Consultant here at Therap has joined the Therap Team in 2015 as the Northeast Business Development Associate. Prior to joining Therap, Karen worked in the ID/DD field for many years in an agency in New York State in Compliance and Records.

Gretchen Falk-Lanfear who is a Senior Training & Implementation Specialist has joined the Therap Services Team as a Training and Implementation Specialist for the Northeast Region in 2016. Gretchen has been working with the Therap system at her prior agency since 2012 and has helped train staff on the system.

Marie Roland who is a Billing Specialist has joined Therap Services Team  Marie h as over 9 years experience in the field of Developmental/ Intellectual Disabilities. She spent 4 years working in administration for a Day Habilitation Center and the previous 5 years working as a Therap Administrator.

Nadine Sturgess who is a Billing Specialist/ Special Billing Projects joined the Therap team in 2017 as a Billing Specialist/ Special Billing Projects. She works closely with the Billing and Support teams to pursue new billing opportunities.

Milagros Roche who is a Training & Implementation Specialist joined Therap in 2016 as a Bilingual Training Specialist and is located in Waterbury, CT. Mimi has had over 10 years of experience working in the field of Development and Intellectual disabilities prior to joining Therap.
