Join our upcoming onsite User Group Meeting for the users of Maine that will be held on May 30, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (EDT). You will get a chance to discuss any issue related to Therap services as well as communicate with the providers. Marie, Mary, Stephanie, and Molly will host the meeting.
We have scheduled this User Group to support new, interested, and existing users with their Therap needs. You will learn how to get the best out of Therap electronic documentation suite of applications.
What is a user group?
A user group is a group of Therap users in the same state or area who meet to troubleshoot, network, discuss State and Regional issues, and learn about the newest Therap releases. It is an open forum to check in with Therap and learn from and share with other Therap Users in your area. They also can contain training on any portion of Therap’s system.
Know the presenters:
Marie Roland is a Billing Specialist in Therap. She looks after the billing and attendance sector. She has over 9 years of experience in the field related to Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). Other than that, she has worked as a Therap Administrator for 5 years.
Mary Beth Julian is a Business Development Consultant in Therap. For around 34 years, Mary has been working in the Human Services field. Moreover, Mary has been using Therap systems while assisting in implementation, oversight as well as ongoing training since 2009.
Stephanie Masters Norton is a Senior Training & Implementation Specialist in Therap since 2015. Prior to that she worked as the Manager of Adult Services at United Cerebral Palsy. There Stephanie looked after the implementation of Therap systems beside dealing with the training, monitoring and quality assurance.
Molly Lewis is a Training & Implementation Specialist who joined Therap in 2016. She has the experience of over 9 years in working in the Human Services field. Before joining Therap Molly was responsible for training and implementing Therap at her previous agency for 5 years.
