Know the hosts:

Marie Roland is a Billing Specialist at Therap. She has over 9 years of experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD). She spent 4 years working in administration for a Day Habilitation Center and the previous 5 years working as a Therap Administrator, where her primary focus was to roll out the multiple phases of billing and attendance as well as maintained the quality and compliance aspects throughout the areas of Therap.

Karen Niedermeier is a Business Development Consultant at Therap. Prior to joining Therap, Karen worked in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD) field for many years in an agency in New York State. Karen is well versed in Federal Waiver Regulations and has extensive experience interpreting and training on regulations through OPWDD, CHOICES, IRMA and the Justice Center. While overseeing compliance, Karen also served as the provider administrator for Therap and supervised the implementation from the very beginning.

Molly Lewis is a Training & Implementation Specialist in Therap Services. She started her career with Therap in 2016. She has worked in the Human Services field for over 9 years in the state of Minnesota. Prior to joining Therap, she had 5 years of experience with using Therap and was responsible for the training and implementation of Therap at her previous agency.

Milagros “Mimi” Roche is a Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. Mimi has over 10 years of experience working in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities field. She has worked as an Employment Specialist, Residential Instructor, and Supervisor. Mimi has been using the Therap System in her various positions since 2005. She is a part of the Bilingual Customer Support Team at Therap.
