Join our upcoming Regional Conference in Glastonbury, Connecticut on September 19, 2019. Our Therap experts will be present to answer any of your questions.

The event will be a good place to learn about recent developments in the Therap system, as well as individual support documentation and reporting, electronic health records (EHR) and training management from the technology leader in the developmental disabilities field. The training intensive event will include beginner, intermediate, and advanced level sessions conducted by Therap experts on various Therap modules.

About presenters:

Gretchen Falk-Lanfear is a Senior Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. She previously worked for FAVARH (The ARC of the Farmington Valley) in CT as a Residential Manager for 15 years and served as a PMT Instructor, the Water Safety Director and Alzheimer’s and Dementia training specialist. She has been working with the Therap system at her prior agency since 2012 and has helped train staff on the system.

Mary Beth Julian is a Business Development Consultant at Therap. She has worked in the Human Services field for the past 34 years with the largest provider in Connecticut. Mary has trained at many regional conferences and helped in implementing Therap with Connecticut.

Molly Lewis is the Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. She has worked in the human service field for more than 9 years in the state of Minnesota. Prior to joining Therap, she had over 5 years of experience with using Therap and was also responsible for training and implementation of Therap at her previous agency.

Milagros “Mimi” Roche is a Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. Mimi has over 10 years of experience working in the Development and Intellectual disabilities field. She has worked as an Employment Specialist, Residential Instructor, and Supervisor. Mimi is also a part of the Bilingual Customer Support Team at Therap.
