Join our upcoming Regional Conference in Cherry Hill, New Jersey on October 17, 2019. Therap experts will walk you through the conference and will be happy to answer your questions. The conference is going to be a one-day event of sessions by New Jersey Therap experts and a chance to network with your counterparts from across the State.

The event will be a good place to learn about recent developments in the Therap system, as well as individual support documentation and reporting, Electronic Health Records (EHR) and training management from the technology leader in the developmental disabilities field. The training intensive event will include beginner, intermediate, and advanced level sessions conducted by Therap experts on various Therap modules.

Tentative Presenters:

Milagros “Mimi” Roche is a Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. Mimi has over 10 years of experience working in the Development and Intellectual disabilities field. She has worked as an Employment Specialist, Residential Instructor, and Supervisor. Mimi is also a part of the Bilingual Customer Support Team at Therap.

Karen Niedermeier is a Business Development Consultant at Therap. Prior to joining Therap, Karen worked in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD) field for many years in an agency in New York State. Karen is well versed in Federal Waiver Regulations and has extensive experience interpreting and training on regulations through OPWDD, CHOICES, IRMA and the Justice Center

Marie Roland is a Billing Specialist at Therap. She has over 9 years of experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD). She spent 4 years working in administration for a Day Habilitation Center and the previous 5 years working as a Therap Administrator, where her primary focus was to roll out the multiple phases of billing and attendance as well as maintained the quality and compliance aspects throughout the areas of Therap.

Molly Lewis is the Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. She has worked in the human service field for more than 9 years in the state of Minnesota. Prior to joining Therap, she had over 5 years of experience with using Therap and was also responsible for training and implementation of Therap at her previous agency.
