Join our onsite user group meeting in Connecticut, scheduled on January 21, 2020 at 1 PM (EST). This is an opportunity for Therap users from agencies in the state of Connecticut providing services and support in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability community to check in with Therap and learn from and share with other Therap users in the area.
This user group will help new, interested, and existing users with their Therap needs. Users will learn how to get the best out of their electronic documentation suite and will also get to know about the latest release features.
About the Presenters
Mary Beth Julian joined Therap Services as a Business Development Consultant in the Northeast Region in 2018. She has worked in the Human Services field for the past 34 years with the largest provider in CT as a Program Supervisor of five Residential Homes and Supervisor of their In Home Support and Autism Program. Mary Beth has been using the Therap system since 2009 and assisted in the implementation, oversight, and ongoing training across the State.
Gretchen Falk-Lanfear is a Senior Training and Implementation Specialist and joined Therap Services in 2016. She previously worked for FAVARH (The ARC of the Farmington Valley) in CT as a Residential Manager for 15 years and served as a PMT Instructor, the Water Safety Director and Alzheimer’s and Dementia training specialist. Gretchen has been working with the Therap system at her prior agency since 2012 and has helped train staff on the system.
