Know the presenters:
Milagros “Mimi” Roche started as a Bilingual Training Specialist at Therap in 2016. Mimi has had over 10 years of experience working in the field of Development and Intellectual disabilities before joining Therap.
Marie Roland is a Billing Specialist in Therap who has over 9 years of experience in the field of Developmental/ Intellectual Disabilities. She spent 4 years working in administration for a Day Habilitation Center and the previous 5 years working as a Therap Administrator.
Karen Niedermeier, now a Business Development Consultant, joined Therap back in 2015 as the Northeast Business Development Associate. Before joining Therap, Karen worked in the ID/DD field for many years in an agency in New York State in Compliance and Records.
