Registered Nurse

Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience as a Therap User, a strong knowledge of the Human Services field and has a nurse informatics degree or certification. The majority of our team had been Therap users and leaders in the human services field before coming to work for Therap. She/he should be ready to accept a challenging job that combines teaching, consulting and computer skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide support & guidance to service professionals across our customer base that use our software
• Analyze client documentation needs and assist in creating clinical workflows
• Work collaboratively with a team to assess development of new and existing modules to improve functionality and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement with our platform
• Conduct software demonstrations for current and prospective customers
• Provide live customer support via computer, over conference formats, over the phone, and in-person as needed
• Work both independently and remotely and as part of a diverse and dynamic national and multinational organization
• Use your clinical expertise to help guide the future of our software

Skills Required:

• Nurse informatics degree or certification
• Must have experience using Therap applications
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with good decision making capability
• Excellent communication skills (both written and speech)

Preferences:

• Experience with web applications (Zoom, and Salesforce) preferred, along with proficiency with Google applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Interest in technology, social media, marketing, teaching, travel, public speaking, and presenting
