AL I/DD User Group

Therap is delighted to invite all I/DD providers in Alabama to join an upcoming online user group titled, ‘AL I/DD User Group’. This user group is scheduled to be held on 30th July, 2020 at 10:00 AM (CDT). Therap specialists with extensive experience in the field, Maureen “Mo” O’Connell, Ishya “Shae” Dotson, Katy Lilly, Devin Hardy and Margaret Gordon, will be your presenters for this session and will discuss new releases and updates to help you meet Alabama state-specific requirements for suitably conducting daily intellectual and developmental disability documentation

This online user group is an open forum where you can find important information related to Therap from your expert hosts as well as other Alabama I/DD Providers and learn from or share experiences in using Therap to fulfill state regulations for HCBS documentation requirements. This online interaction will expand your knowledge on how to streamline your daily documentation processes using Therap’s suite of applications in Alabama. In particular, you will learn about the new releases and module enhancements, including the new flow to Individual Demographic Form (IDF) as well as the associated new features of this module. You will also have the opportunity to troubleshoot, clarify and ask any questions in the Q&A session, or transmit any state needs and requirements to the Therap development team for review.

Therap Services is an online software service that provides secure, HIPAA-compliant documentation, communication, billing and reporting to providers in Alabama. Therap provides a suite of applications for your documentation needs including Personal Focus Worksheet, Individual Support Plans, ISP Programs and ISP Data, HAB Plans, HAB Checklists and HAB Reports. The Department of Mental Health Division of Developmental Disabilities has mandated the use of Therap for Incident Reporting throughout the State of Alabama.

AL MH/SA User Group

Book your seat for our upcoming AL MH/SA User Group! Therap Services has organized the user group specially for Alabama MH/SA providers to virtually meet other case managers from different agencies of the state to troubleshoot, network, discuss state and regional issues, and clarify and learn about the latest Therap releases. Virginia EVV – Sending Claims with EVV Data
