  • Therap Mobile Application for Point-of-Service Documentation

The Mobile Application on Android and iOS devices allow the service providers and agencies to enter and review data in real time. The support professionals working in the home or community can navigate service programs for the individual they help and remotely collect results and data as well as submit progress notes through ISP Data app, T-Log app, and MAR app. Moreover, supervisors working remotely can also reset passwords to facilitate seamless documentation by using Therap. The users can also collect Person Centered Data in the community setting at ease. Program Managers and Quality Assurance Directors can monitor data recorded at the point-of-service and evaluate the quality of those services remotely.  For HIPAA compliance, photos do not get saved to the individual device, rather directly uploaded to Therap. Furthermore, an electronic signature is taken of the user submitting data every time to ensure security, accountability, and transparency. The signatures are both date and time stamped. • Introduction to Provider Administration

Join our webinar on Introduction to Provider Administration scheduled on January 4, 2019, at 1 pm ET/ 10 am PT. Joseph P. Traina and Devin Hardy will walk you through the Provider Administration module within Therap, including tasks for account upkeep, enabling and restricting access, as well as adding/removing individual records. Administrators are central to successful implementation of the Therap system in a provider agency. One or more admin accounts are set up assigning all administrative roles while creating a provider account for the agency. As an administrator, a user creates and manages Programs, Sites and User Accounts. The efficiency of the Therap System largely depends on the correct assignment of user roles and access privileges. It is the administrator who creates and assigns these roles and privileges to the users of the application. As an administrator, a user has the option to create/update the password policy, create/maintain custom fields and track activities of other users within the agency. S/he is also responsible for maintaining shared contacts of the organization. Know the presenters: Joseph is Senior Training & Implementation Specialist who joined Therap in 2014. He's been working in the field of supporting Individuals with intellectual and Developmental Disabilities since 1999. Devin is Training & Implementation Specialist who joined the Therap team in 2017. • Therap Mobile Application for Disability Providers Allows for Point-of-Service Documentation

Therap mobile app for Android and iOS enables support professionals working in the home or community to navigate service programs for the individual they support and remotely collect outcomes and service data using the ISP Data app. With the T-Log app, staff can directly submit shift notes or progress notes from their phone at the point-of-service. The Medication Administration Record app permits staff passing medications to record administration, notes, and status immediately following the med pass. They may also view schedules, along with active diagnoses, allergy records and the contact information of the prescribing physician. Therap’s Scheduling/Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) module has been designed to meet the needs of states and providers who need to build staff schedules (especially for in-home and community-based services), track staff hours, monitor individual service allocation and meet the upcoming federal EVV requirements. Additionally, supervisors working remotely may also reset passwords using an app to facilitate seamless access in documenting on Therap. The tools available within the selection of Therap mobile apps allow Program Managers and Quality Assurance Directors to view data recorded at point-of-service and evaluate the quality of those services remotely.  App users may take photos of the service, both date and time stamped. For HIPAA security, photos do not save to the individual device but are directly uploaded to Therap. Each action taken by the user submitting data is coupled with an electronic signature.  Along with GPS location tracking, this provides multi-level data authentication and allows for monitoring quality of services provided to increase accountability, transparency and reduce or eliminate give-back.
