    Come join our upcoming webinar on Therap’s Document Storage scheduled on June 20, 2019, at 1 pm EST/ 10 am PST. Gretchen, Devin, and Bonnie will walk you through the webinar. Document Storage module allows users to store different external documents for an individual and view them from one convenient place. This helps to convey various vital information pertaining to an individual to agencies providing services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in a HIPAA compliant way. About the Presenters: Gretchen Falk-Lanfear is a Senior Training & Implementation Specialist and she joined Therap Services in 2016. She previously worked for FAVARH (The ARC of the Farmington Valley) in CT as a Residential Manager for 15 years and served as a PMT Instructor. Devin Hardy is working as a Training & Implementation Specialist at Therap Services. He joined Therap Team in 2017. He comes with 7 years of experience working with individuals that have Developmental Disabilities. He has served in many capacities with his previous employer, Sunrise Community, at their Alabama office in Tuscaloosa. Bonnie Sorrells is a Training & Implementation Specialist. She joined Therap Services in 2018. She previously worked for Ouachita Enrichment Centers in South Arkansas as the Director of Adult Services and HIPAA Coordinator for 15 years during which she received training in HIPAA, behavioral planning, case management, medication management, and supported employment.
