Therap Electronic Visit Verification

In compliance with Federal and State Electronic Visit Verification requirements, Therap’s Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) technology is helping facilitate service delivery authentication processes for Therap users. EVV data collected via web and mobile applications are integrated with the various Therap modules, forming a comprehensive Electronic Health Record for individuals being served through Therap.

Therap’s implementation of Electronic Visit Verification helps authenticate service delivery through:

  • Tracking type of service provided
  • GPS location tracking
  • Electronic signatures of staff and service recipients
  • Date and time stamps of service provided
  • HIPAA compliant photo uploading

The same EVV data is fed directly into the billing system, resulting in robust audit protection.
