This session will show you how to utilize the ISP Program module to write behavioral plans such as those to assist individuals with communication, social relationships, play, self-care, school and employment. By creating the behavioral plan as an ISP Program this allows the behavioral analyst to easily design and oversee the interventions progress immediately and share it with the team. This session will show you how to break down interventions into manageable steps to be taught to ease the staff training process. This technique eliminates the difficulty of teaching behavioral plans and is easiest for staff to absorb. This process will benefit the behavioral analyst by allowing quicker and easier changes to behavioral programs for quick ongoing adjustments that are critical to the learners progress.
