Therap is hosting a webinar on Business Intelligence Overview: Demographics, GER, Health Tracking, and Billing Dashboards which will be held on January 14, 2020, at 2:00 PM ET/ 11:00 AM PT. The session will cover Business Intelligence Overview module and the associated Dashboards within the Business Intelligence platform. Therap experts Catherine Hauser, and Jason Laws will walk you through the webinar and answer questions that you might have. 

Participants in this webinar will get an overview of Therap’s Business Intelligence module tool with which users can aggregate agency-wide data and report across several dashboards. Moreover, this platform can help providers, create meaningful aggregated data reports that will help to identify trends, execute quality assurance activities, and evaluate overall agency performance in supporting individuals.

New Features for Scheduling/Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is Here!

States are progressing to comply with the federal Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) mandate. And we are here to announce that Therap has upgraded its Scheduling/EVV module with new features that will help you verify quality services provided to individuals more easily and help you navigate compliance in your state.

Join our upcoming webinar to know about New Features for Scheduling/Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) module on January 6, 2020. The webinar will be held at 2:00 PM EST/11:00 AM PST which will include discussion on what new features added on Scheduling/EVV, how these features will make the scheduling process efficient and more.

With Therap’s Scheduling/EVV tool, users can build staff schedules (especially for in-home and community-based services), track staff hours, monitor individual service allocation and will also meet the upcoming federal EVV requirements.

Chelsea Lloyd is working as a Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. She has worked in the DD/MH field for more than12 years and worked for public as well as private organizations and worked in a myriad of roles.

Gretchen Falk-Lanfear is a Senior Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. She has worked in both Residential Supports as well as job coaching and has provided in-home support.

Release Overview for 2019.4.0

Letisha Ulmer is the Assistant Director of Quality Assurance at Therap. She has worked in the Human Services field since 2008 in New York State, where she worked on professional roles including Therap administrator, residents’ benefits clerk, and day habilitation secretary. She was responsible for the implementation of the Therap system across agency programs, maintaining written agency-specific training manuals and ensuring all new employees were trained in use of the Therap system.

Fayonne Johnson is a Senior Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. She comes from a Nursing background with extensive experience in caring for and documenting the needs of children and adults with emotional and mental disorders. At Therap, she provides on-site training, and consultation to providers, families, self-advocates and other users, and has presented on numerous Therap conferences and webinars.

Updated course available on Sites and Programs

We are pleased to let you know that Therap has updated the training academy course on the ‘Sites and Programs’ module in Training Academy. Sites are the various physical addresses where you can run your programs and provide services. Programs are the services that you provide at your agency that will be tied to your sites or physical addresses. With this course, users will be able to know how to set and manage sites and as well as programs that they run out of those sites for individuals, in a systematic way by using Therap’s suite of applications. 

The course will cover:

  • How to Create Sites (physical addresses)
  • How to Create Programs
  • How to Save and Search Sites and Programs

After completing this course, you will be able to create sites and programs for the individuals at your agency. Therap’s suite of applications offers a wide variety of tools to make the documentation process easier. Visit our Training Academy page for other courses.

Incidents can be prioritized using High, Medium and Low labels to ensure proper follow-up by support professionals.

Devin Hardy is a Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. He comes with 7 years of experience working in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD) field. Devin helped with the implementation of Therap at Sunrise Community and served on the pilot team for the State of Alabama while the decision to use Therap was being discussed across the State.

Tricia Woods is a Senior Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. She comes with over 15 years of experience working in the
Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD) field. Tricia was the Director of Health Information and Training for a large Floria provider.

Stacy Wilson is a Business Development Consultant at Therap. She began her work serving individuals in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) field in 2007 as a Direct Support Professional, followed by roles in program coordination, and most recently served as the Assistant Director at Harmony House Care Homes in Blue Springs, Missouri.
