Intellectual and developmental disability providers currently use Therap’s Employment module to track a range of related supports and documentation. With Therap’s Job Bank-Employer Database, Employment Support staff have the necessary tools to maintain an accurate history of the individual’s work experience and job details. Administrative staffs are able to create, update or delete employers, contact persons and job templates, viewable by support staff with assigned privileges. This ensures that staffs are accessing accurate information on a consistent basis, from the point of service.
Organization like Project Search working with other different agencies use Therap’s Employment tools to track the community-based employment. Project SEARCH’s primary objective is to secure competitive employment for people with disabilities.
The Employment / Volunteering History form provides a comprehensive summary of the services in one place. It details assessments and accomplishments the individual has made throughout their work experiences. The attachment feature allows for electronic storage of documents up to 3 MB per section, creating a complete record of the Employment History.
