Notifications Simplified!

We are excited to bring you Therap 8.7 with various new features and enhancements. In this release, we have simplified the Notification System and users can now set a single notification profile for a particular module, eliminating the need for separate setup by CaseLoad. This will also apply for the media (email, SComm message, pager, among others) that a user has set up to receive these notifications. Please note that due to this change, the number of notifications received by some users may increase.

Click here for detailed instructions on how to set up Notifications.
