Bonnie Sorrells has been the Training & Implementation Specialist at Therap Services since 2018. She had introduced the Therap system at her previous agency in 2013 and has been working since then as the administrator and primary Therap in-house trainer. Bonnie has acquired more than 15 years of knowledge and experience in areas including HIPAA training, case management, supported employment, medication management and behavioral planning.

Connie O’Neill is fulfilling the role of Training & Implementation Specialist at Therap Services since 2019. She has 5 cumulative years of experience in using the Therap system and also served as the Provider administrator. Connie has over 5 years of specialized expertise in working with adults with Developmental Disabilities.

Unit Calculation Rule-Application for ISP Billing

We are very happy to announce our upcoming webinar titled, “Unit Calculation Rule-Application for ISP Billing” that has been scheduled on June 10, 2020 at 02.00 PM ET. Our expert will give you an overview of the application of Unit Calculation rule for ISP Billing.

In order to generate Billing Data from ISP Data you will have to Create ISP Program for Billing, Create ISP Data for Billing, Create Service Authorization for ISP Program, Generate Billing Data from ISP Data and apply the Unit Calculation Rule. Using the ISP Billing (Using Unit Calculation Rule) feature, you will be able to generate Billing through ISP Data for a defined Unit Calculation Rule.

Therap is delighted to invite you to join an upcoming webinar on ‘ISP Data Reports: Clinician, Programmatic, and the Report Library’. This webinar is scheduled to be held on 10th June, 2020 at 2:00 PM (EST). Therap’s Training & Implementation Specialists, Bonnie and Katy will be presenting how you can utilize the reporting features in Therap’s suite of applications for effectual electronic documentation.

Therap application is designed to facilitate users with multiple report options that represent how well individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are progressing towards achieving their goals set in the Service/Program Plan. The ISP Data module allows users to collect and record data for progress tracking. The application then uses this data to generate reports that can help you measure outcomes of individuals under your care as well as audit data.

The formerly known Individual Data Form, will soon be updated to the Individual Demographic Form (IDF) with an enhanced user interface. The upcoming update on Therap application will bring a new user interface to the IDF which is designed to provide a greater frictionless experience. Moreover, you will learn how to utilize the new additional features so that daily documentation on the Therap platform can be more effortless and efficient!

She has around 12 years of experience working in the Human Services industry. Catherine Hauser has been the Large Provider Project Manager at Therap Services since 2017. She has around 15 years of experience working in the Developmental Disabilities field serving her first professional role as a Direct Support Person in Illinois. Her experience in the developmental disabilities field began in 2005 in Illinois when she became a Direct Support Person. Shortly after, Catherine became a QIDP for both ICF/DD and CILA programs at her previous agency.
