We are excited to announce that Therap’s new release: 2019.4.0 is coming soon! In this release, we will be discussing the enhanced and updated interface of our Health Tracking module. Keep an eye on our release notes page to know more about the updates.

Therap’s new Health Tracking module comes with an improved and user-friendly interface. User experience is enhanced through a simple and intuitive design. The new Health Tracking maintains the original functionalities of the module while streamlining the number of steps needed to complete the task.

Release Overview for 2019.4.0

Join our upcoming webinar on Release Overview for 2019.4.0 on October 22, 2019. The webinar will be held at 1:00 PM (EST)/ 10:00 AM (PST) which will include discussion on the new user interface for health tracking and more.

With Therap’s Health Tracking tool, users can efficiently track different types of health data and create detailed and monthly reports. It provides a flexible way to record and follow up on medical aspects such as vital signs, seizures, blood glucose, appointments, and more.

About the presenters:

Letisha Ulmer is the Assistant Director of Quality Assurance at Therap. She has worked in the Human Services field since 2008 in New York State, where she worked on professional roles including Therap administrator, residents’ benefits clerk, and day habilitation secretary. She was responsible for the implementation of the Therap system across agency programs, maintaining written agency-specific training manuals and ensuring all new employees were trained in use of the Therap system.

Fayonne Johnson is a Senior Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. She comes from a Nursing background with extensive experience in caring for and documenting the needs of children and adults with emotional and mental disorders. At Therap, she provides on-site training, and consultation to providers, families, self-advocates and other users, and has presented on numerous Therap conferences and webinars.

How to Generate a Consultation Form for Appointments

Join our upcoming webinar on How to Generate a Consultation Form for Appointments on February 7, 2019, at 5:30 pm (ET)/ 2:30 pm (PT). Therap’s Certified Trainer Winsome will demonstrate how their agency uses appointments and the consultation forms.

The Appointment Module is an ideal tool to organize upcoming appointments for individuals. The tool lets users keep track of the reason for appointment, record appointment results and include follow-ups. Consultation Form can be generated from Appointment and includes information like Medicaid & Medicare numbers, vital signs, active diagnoses, and current medications. Users assigned with HT View, HT Update, HT Submit or HT Delete role will be able to generate Consultation Forms.

About the Presenters:

Joseph P. Traina is Senior Training & Implementation Specialist of Therap. He began working in the field of supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in 1999.

Seanette Smith is Training and Implementation Specialist of Therap. Prior to joining Therap, she worked in the Development Disability Program in Oregon and has over 10 years of experience as a Billing Specialist.

Health Tracking Overview

We’re pleased to announce our upcoming free webinar on “Health Tracking Overview” which will be held on 7th December, 2018 at 1 pm ET/10 am PT.
