Preventative Steps to Reduce Medication Errors

Join our upcoming webinar on Preventative Steps to Reduce Medication Errors on March 22, 2019 at 1 pm ET/10 am PT. Catherine and Caiti will walk you through this webinar. Through this tool, users can effectively and easily track medications administered to an Individual.

Medication Administration Records (MAR) module lets users schedule and add comments to medications and treatment records, and export MAR reports with current medications and treatments on a monthly grid. By using MAR features, users can substantially lower the risk associated with medications and lead to an improved clinical decision and better Individual care. The MAR tool on Therap for Android app allows users to record administrations, view daily scheduled medications, and navigate to scheduled medications for other dates. The MAR tool allows recording of PRN administered and treatments as well. The app connects an individual’s allergy records, diagnosis, and medical contacts. Drug details and images are available from First DataBank.
