She comes from a Nursing background with extensive experience in caring for documenting needs of children and adults with emotional and mental disorders, including Dementia and Alzheimer’s, in a clinical setting.

Therap’s Leading Edge Health Information Exchange (HIE) Feature for Service Providers

The demand for electronic health information exchange amid care professionals is growing along with global efforts to refine and improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of health care delivery. Health Information Exchange (HIE) is a mobilization of health care information electronically throughout organizations within a region, community or medical institution. Therap 2017.0.0:: Health Information Exchange Updates

Therap will be releasing version 2017.0.0 expected on March 12th. In this release, the following changes will be available for the HIE module:

  • The column names on the ADT Message will now auto-populate onto the Medical History section of the Individual History form.
  • For an individual without pre-existing Individual History form, an Individual History form will now be created automatically for the individual when importing information from the ADT Message.
  • An Activity Tracking report can now be generated for the Health Information Exchange module for the View action.
