Using the ISP Billing (Using Unit Calculation Rule) feature, you will be able to generate Billing through ISP Data for a defined Unit Calculation Rule.

Therap is delighted to invite you to join an upcoming webinar on ‘ISP Data Reports: Clinician, Programmatic, and the Report Library’. This webinar is scheduled to be held on 10th June, 2020 at 2:00 PM (EST). Therap’s Training & Implementation Specialists, Bonnie and Katy will be presenting how you can utilize the reporting features in Therap’s suite of applications for effectual electronic documentation.

Therap application is designed to facilitate users with multiple report options that represent how well individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are progressing towards achieving their goals set in the Service/Program Plan. The ISP Data module allows users to collect and record data for progress tracking. The application then uses this data to generate reports that can help you measure outcomes of individuals under your care as well as audit data.

Meet your Presenters:

Bonnie Sorrells is the Training & Implementation Specialist at Therap Services. She has been skilled in using the Therap system since 2013 when she fulfilled her previous roles as the administrator and primary Therap in-house trainer at her previous agency. Bonnie has more than 15 years of training and experience in behavioral planning, medication management, case management, supported employment and HIPAA.

Katy Lilly has been the Training & Implementation Specialist at Therap since 2018. She was a major part of the initial development of Therap when she had assisted in staff training and quality assurance of documentation. Katy has acquired around 5 years of experience working in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) field.

Configuring your ISP Programs

Did you know? Our webinar “Configuring your ISP Programs” is less than two weeks away! The webinar is scheduled to take place on March 19, 2020, at 1:00 pm EST. Our Therap experts Katy Lilly and Jeremy Gibson will walk you through this webinar. In this webinar, attendees will learn how to configure and use ISP Programs.

The Therap Individual Service or Support Plan (ISP) module provides a platform to facilitate discussions and help in the decision making process when creating a  person-centered service plan. Agencies can use this tool to plan, organize and implement the individualized service plans for each individual in a HIPAA compliant manner.

The ISP module includes program definition, data collection, and report generation which offers a flexible way of tracking the goals and progress of an Individual. Users can also document the following funded services and supports on the Individual Service Plan:

  • Natural Supports and Community Resources
  • Medicaid State Plan Services
  • Federal, State, and County Funded Resources
  • HCB Waiver Service Summary
  • Other Services or 100% OPWDD Funded Supports & Services (NY Users)

Individual Service Programs: Writing Services and Goals and Collecting Data

Caiti Woodburn is a Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap. She has been working in the developmental disabilities field since 2008. Prior to joining Therap, Caiti has worked as a Direct Care Staff and also had experience as a user and provider administrator of Therap system.

Webinar on Tracking Transportation

Join our upcoming webinar on Tracking Transportation on April 2, 2019 at 1 pm EST/ 10 am PST. The event will be a discussion on transportation features of what agencies are tracking, and where to document transportation as a service, both for billing and to capture notes. Heather and Devin will walk you through this webinar.

Therap’s ISP Programs are designed to train individuals according to the requirements of the particular goal or for the valued outcomes to be achieved. Users can specify detailed information such as long term objectives, the frequency of documentation, criteria for completion and any goals to be achieved upon completion of the ISP Program. After choosing the ISP Program, users can start collecting data. Moreover, users can accurately enter Attendance data. It supports a user-friendly interface, update capability, provision for approval and access checking. Like other Therap modules, Attendance supports multilevel access privilege for submitters, approvers, updates, and viewers.

A webinar on Mobile ISP will be held on October 22, 2018, from 12:30 pm (PDTT). Therap certified trainer John Allen, who is an Area Director at Community Choice, Inc. will be discussing how they implement ISP Data module at his agency in Missouri and will walk you through documenting ISP Data in a community based setting. He will also talk about how his agency documents: objectives, mileage and reimbursements in Mobile ISP Data.
