Schedules Module in Therap: User Presentation, 2016 Therap National Conference

Angelique-McCain-&-Brian-Roussin-from-Life-Works,-NY-151102Do you want to minimize risk in Federal audits by having an accurate and paperless record of staff schedules? This training goes over how to set up the schedules module at your agency.

Angie & Brian will be doing an overview of the schedules module and how our agency uses the Therap calendar for all schedule communication. They will also set up templates and weekly schedules and show how to track hours across the agency and not just by program. The fact that this schedule is paperless has been a great benefit to our agency and especially for our behavior homes.

Using TMS to Track Individual Specific Training: User Presentation, 2016 Therap National Conference

Los-PositosEarly-InterventionTobosa-Developmental-Service-151029Learn how to use the TMS System to track staff trainings on Individual Service Plans, Therapy Plans, CARMPS, etc. This training will cover from assigning the staff to the individual/class all the way through uploading their certificates for tracking purposes.

One of the presentations that we feel that other Therap Users would significantly benefit from is “Using TMS to Track Individual Specific Training”. This continues to be a cumbersome task in this field and finding a solution that works as a means to track these things is few and far between.  We have a system, using the TMS Module that works for our organization, Tobosa Developmental Services, and feel that it would greatly benefit other organizations. We presented on this at both the 2015 National Conferences  and 2015 NM Regional Conferences and received volumes of feedback that it was an issue for many other agencies.

Transition to Paperless: User Presentation, 2016 Therap National Conference

Evelynn Marquez - Lifes workPaperless? In this line of work? Yes! See all the areas that Therap has to offer for storing history and documents and see how easy this could be for your agency.

I’ve personally converted our client information from their books into electronic files in Therap and the storage has made a big difference. At first our agency was resistant to using Therap, and now we’ve streamlined processes so that the following are done in Therap: daily logs, schedules, personal property, file storage, consent storage, MAR’s, medication histories, hospitalization and surgery records, appointments, care plans and care reviews, staff training and tracking, managing classes, etc.
