Know the hosts:

Sarah Christiansen is currently a Senior Training & Implementation Specialist at Therap Services. Sarah joined the Therap team as a Training Specialist in 2015. She has been working in the DD and Mental Health field since 2009. What drew Sarah to the human services field was the opportunity to help people find and explore their passions and enjoy the best quality of life possible.

Seanette Smith is a Senior Training & Implementation Specialist here at Therap Services. Seanette has worked in the Developmental Disability Program in the state of Oregon as a Personal Service Worker (PSW) Liaison/QED over the past year. She has 10.5 years of experience as a Billing Coder/Specialist.

This quality assurance user group webinar will be a panel discussion where representatives from different agencies will share their experiences with developing and executing quality assurance processes within Therap.

Joint Webinar by Therap and APSE: Q&A on Employment Services

Join our webinar on Employment Services, jointly hosted by Therap and APSE. The webinar will be held on January 17 2019, at 12:00 pm (EST)/ 9:00 AM (PST). Ebony Johnson and Bonnie Sorrells will be glad to answer your queries and Q&A on tracking documentation for employment services in Therap.

With the Employment History module of Therap Services, providers and agencies can document employment services and supports in real time. It can be done from different devices as well as different locations, in the community and at the work site.

Know Your Presenters:

Ebony Johnson, the Special Project Manager, joined Therap Services as a Training and Implementation specialist. She started working in the human resource field in 2011. Prior to joining Therap, she gained experience as a Therap user while working as a direct support professional and a house manager.

Bonnie Sorrells, the Training and Implementation Specialist, joined Therap Services in 2018.  She was the Director of Adult Services and HIPAA Coordinator for 15 years. Prior to joining Therap, she worked with Therap system at her prior agency since 2013 as the administrator and primary Therap in-house trainer.

Therap is happy to announce its Quality Assurance User Group Quarterly Webinar Call which will be held on August 31, 2018 at 1 PM EST. The webinar will cover insights from a quality assurance perspective. Attendees will learn about quality assurance tools on Therap, establishing processes to save time and cut costs and Improving efficiency of day-to-day operations at their agency.
