Introduction to Time Tracking

Therap is thrilled to invite you to join our upcoming webinar on ‘Introduction to Time Tracking’! This session is scheduled to be held on 14th July, 2020 at 1:00 PM (EST). You will get the opportunity to explore the amazing world of Time Tracking module with Therap’s specialized team members, Margaret Gordon and Elizabeth Stanton. Join this informative webinar to make your intellectual and developmental disability documentation effortless and efficient! 

Therap offers the Time Tracking module to assist in recording data based on time, including but not limited to mood, sleep, toileting, repositioning, behavior, bed checks, restrictive device, specialized intake/elimination (i.e. Ostomy), community inclusion or outings, adaptive equipment, accountability, falls and Pica sweeps. In order to excellently support the achievement of desired outcomes for the individuals under your care, you can create Time Tracking Templates as required and record data to generate reports for reviewing. All users can utilize these features as it is a part of the ‘Therap Basic Package’. Through this webinar, you will learn to track the progress of individuals so that desirable outcomes can be achieved.

Introduction to Time Tracking

It is our pleasure to invite you to join our new webinar on Time Tracking! This webinar will take place on 17th April, 2020 at 11:00 AM EST. The specialist members from Therap’s Training & Implementation team, Bonnie Sorrells and Milagros “Mimi” Roche will introduce you to the Time Tracking feature and exhibit all the benefits you can enjoy from using it.

The Time Tracking module is available for everyone as it is a part of the ‘Therap Basic Package’. You and your agency staff can all enjoy the benefits from using this module to document data timely on several significant areas for your individuals that require monitoring. You may want to track your individuals’ moods, sleep, behaviors, toileting, repositioning, bed checks, community inclusion/outings, accountability, restrictive device, intake/elimination, adaptive equipment and more! You can create Time Tracking Templates as needed and record Time Tracking Data to generate reports, all of which can assist you to ensure greater developments in the well-beings of your individuals.

Meet your Presenters:

Bonnie Sorrells has been the Training & Implementation Specialist at Therap since 2018. Prior to this, she had been fulfilling her roles as The Director of Adult Services and HIPAA Coordinator at Ouachita Enrichment Centers in South Arkansas. Bonnie has been working with the Therap suite of applications since 2013 as the administrator and primary Therap in-house trainer at her previous agency.

Milagros “Mimi” Roche is presently the Training & Implementation Specialist at Therap. Her journey with Therap began in 2016 when she first joined as a Bilingual Training Specialist. Mimi has over a decade of experience working passionately in the field of Development and Intellectual Disabilities. She has adopted the use of the Therap System since 2005 in the many roles she has been fulfilling since that time.

Devin Hardy is a Training & Implementation Specialist who joined the Therap team in 2017. He comes with 7 years of experience in working with individuals that have Developmental Disabilities.

Time Tracking Q&A

We’re pleased to announce our upcoming free webinar on ‘Time Tracking Q&A’ which will be held on November 12, 2019 at 2:30 PM (EST)/ 11:30 AM (PST). Participants in this webinar will get an overview of Therap’s Time Tracking module.

The Time Tracking module is designed to monitor activities and behavior changes. It can be used to document data based on time, including but not limited to Bed Checks, Sleep, Behavior, Mood, Repositioning, Toileting, Specialized Intake/Elimination (i.e. Ostomy), Restrictive Device, Adaptive Equipment, Accountability, and Community Inclusion/ Outings. About the Speakers

Letisha Ulmer, who is an Assistant Director of Quality Assurance, joined Therap Training and Implementation team in 2014. She has worked in the Human Services field since 2008 in the state of New York where she filled professional roles including a Therap administrator, a resident benefits clerk and a day habilitation secretary.

Gretchen Falk-Lanfear, who is a Senior Training & Implementation Specialist, joined the Therap Services team for the Northeast Region in 2016. She previously worked for FAVARH (The ARC of the Farmington Valley) in CT as a Residential Manager for 15 years and served as a PMT Instructor, the Water Safety Director and Alzheimer’s and Dementia training specialist. Gretchen has been working with the Therap system at her prior agency since 2012 and has helped train staff on the system.
