Therap Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah

This is to remind you that our next regional conference in Salt Lake City, Utah is taking place in three weeks, from October 5-6, 2011. The early bird registration will remain open for another week, till next Wednesday, September 21. Registering before that will make you eligible for an early bird discount.

The conference will be a good place for prospective users to learn about individual support documentation and reporting, electronic health records (EHR) and training management from technology leaders in the developmental disabilities field – Therap and the College of Direct Support (CDS). Event highlights will include:

• Hands-on training on different Therap modules including incident reports, health tracking and billing (see below)
• Sessions focused on implementation and effective use
• User presentations, brainstorming and discussions
• Sessions on CDS learning management system and training curricula
Utah user group meeting and discussions

The conference will be especially beneficial for Therap users in Utah. Agencies from surrounding states, such as Arizona, Wyoming and California would also find it useful.

TMS – New report options!

We are working to add more new features and enhancements to the Training Management System (TMS) based on your Feedback. As a part of that, we will be releasing the following new options:

The ‘Class Due / Overdue Report’ will now have the option for you to choose if you want details on only those users who are under your Supervision.

Now you can also generate reports that will show the Certificates’ Training Hours.
