Behavior Tracking

The Behavior Event Record feature allows staff, family members or anyone else working with individuals to easily record occasionally or frequently occurring behavior events. It also allows a user to summarize and present the individual’s behavior data in various formats. There are two major components of the Behavior Tracking module: Behavior Plan and Behavior Event Record.

Behavior Plan

Using the Behavior Plan section one can enter target behaviors and interventions for an Individual and specify which are recommended and/or discouraged. Staff members can choose the behaviors and interventions from an extensive list available in the system. Behavior antecedents and their descriptions can also be entered in detail.

Behavior Event Record (BER)

Behavior Event Record (BER) module is used to record the details of the behaviors of individuals and their intervention techniques. Individuals may have a behavior plan defined for them or have their BER recorded.

Behavior Reports

Behavior Event Report adds strength to the Behavior Tracking module by giving you the option to prepare periodic summary reports on behavior events for the individuals you support. The application produces tabular and graphical reports illustrating the frequency of occurring behavior events.
