The Lab Test and the Lab Test Result modules help users to create new lab tests, keep track of lab tests scheduled, and record results of lab tests for an Individual in an efficient way.

On the Lab Test module, user can create new Lab Tests with detail information on: Name, Type, Description, Preparation Instructions, Code, Unit, and Range. Depending on the agency’s needs, users can add new Lab Test to the system. On the Lab Test Result module, user can record Lab Test data, attach additional documents, and generate reports.
