Hi everybody!
I am looking to use the sign up agreement for policy acknowledgment and had a couple of questions. If anybody can help me out, I would really appreciate it.
1. Is there a way to check who has read and acknowledged (i.e. agreed) with the policy that is noted as a sign up agreement? How do you do this?
2. What if someone chooses to disagree? Are they unable to access Therap’s first page until they have agreed?

Hey there Michelle,
From Firstpage, click on the ‘List’ under User Signup Agreement. Open the Agreement you want to view and click on ‘Show Signed User List’. It will show who has agreed to it, the date and time they agreed.
If they click on decline, it takes them back to the login page so they cannot access anything in Therap until they click agree.

Your question about disagreeing is an interesting one. Some of the potential policies entered into this feature may not necessarily be an issue of “agreeing” as much as “acknowledgement” they have received the information and “understand” the expectations. That could be dealt with through the wording of the policy.
