Kansas City Conference in May

Mark your calendars, Mid-Westerners…Kansas City’s Regional Therap Conference is NEXT month!  Not only is this a great time to hear what’s new with Therap, but it’s a fantastic opportunity to get with fellow Therap users in our area.  I love hearing how others use the system to make it work for them…and this is a perfect opportunity to learn from others in our area.

If you plan on sticking around Kansas City for the weekend, be sure to catch a Royals Game…May 10-12 we are hosting the New York Yankees.  AND there are fireworks after the Friday night game–fun for the whole family!

Hope to see you in KC!

Kansas City Therap Conference Coming Soon~

If you live in the Mid-West, be sure to check out the Regional Conference coming May 22-23 to Kansas City. Or if you just need to ‘get away’, come to Kansas City and enjoy some great BBQ at one of our famous joints, then head to the Plaza for some shopping fun. While in town, be sure to hit a few of the sessions at the conference. A co-worker and I will be presenting a session on tracking individual’s time in the Attendance Module, and then how we turn that into a billable document with Missouri’s CIMOR billing system. We have used this system of time tracking for almost two years now and it has been beneficial to maintain attendance information in Therap’s HIPAA compliant system.

Happy Monday to all and hope to see you in Kansas City next month!

Happy 4th Therapites!

The heat has set here in Missouri…just in time for festivities of the 4th.  Get the grills fired up and lemonade cooled down–it’s time to celebrate!

The more agencies who are using Therap in Missouri, the better!  Not only will the power in numbers only help our continued advocacy towards a paperless world, but what a relief to bring on a new staff who already had experience with Therap–really cut down on the training time.

Looking forward to ‘training’ more staff who are already ‘trained’ in Therap!
